Melissa is on an unwavering journey to empower businesses to flourish through people-centric strategies. She leads Malcolm HR, a certified woman and minority owned and led business (WBE & MBE) which supports and drives organizational growth, while always focusing on their commitment to purpose-led practices, and where every strategy is designed to align with sustainable principles.
Melissa is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) and Seneca College. She is a Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP) and actively contributes to her community as a Board Director and mentor. A three (3) time nominee for the RBC Women Entrepreneur Awards and featured multiple times in the Globe and Mail, Melissa is recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field of HR.
